Gas furnace, water heater, bbq gas connector, gas stove hook-up I had excellent service from Perry, the installer from A1.....Perry & his side kick were very courteous & professional. I had put a gas line onto our property & then the work began. Had a gas furnace, water heater, stove & BBQ all installed in a day & a half. Everything was cleaned up as well before they left, as neat as a pin! I also had a new A/C installed as well. I definitely would recommend A1. - 100%. Thank you. A1 78684

heating and A/C Nov /16 - Mike, the technician was friendly, on time and informative about the work completed he was genuinely concerned about our issues and the costs (time and materials were covered under our annual program I would recommend to others #82943 for $20 Shell card...thx

Emergency insured furnace repair Called A1 emergency service Sat afternoon and got Mike. Mike was run ragged with emergency calls. He came within 3 hours and quickly determined I needed a new fan motor. He called early Sun to tell us the first Carrier warehouse didn't have the part and called us again when a second warehouse had stock. He further updated us to advise he had the part and his eta. Furnace was not working It took John (#80269) about two to three minutes to determine why our furnace was not working. It was the thermostat, the contact pins were bent. This had happened before so I decided to purchase a new thermostat to avoid future problems. John was terrific and he also serviced the furnace and humidifier and found that the humidifier valve was plugged and would return with a new one. Very pleased with the service. We do have a service contract with A1.

Servicing over 13 years - furnace, air conditioning, humidifier. Outstanding service - annual checkups for furnace, air conditioner, humidifier. New furnace installed a few years ago. All personnel are polite, efficient, informative. Have dealt with the company for 13 years. My wife and I rate it as A++!

Repairing Furnace Review #83399 My family has used A1 for over 20 years. We moved into our new house a couple weeks ago and wanted them to cover our HVAC equipment under their supercare warranty. Unfortunately our furnace was not up to code and was rusting and leaking condensation everywhere. The technician quoted a repair cost and stick to it, repairing it all day on Saturday and even went to Rona to pick up more parts for us. We usually get Dean as the tech and he's excellent. Furnace repair of non-working furnace #80812 Amazing company. I had a problem with my furnace so that there was no heat. I had called another company who spent 1.5 hours trying to diagnose and change parts to repair it to no avail.
