Don't know what you mean by this question. My furnace was inspected by mike.furnace inspection Mike has serviced our furnace and air conditioner since it was installed seven years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. We feel so confident in his abilities that we would hesitate to have anyone else look after our furnace and conditioner. He is a wonderful ambassador for A1.

New Furnace My wife and I both sent requests to A1 for quotes - for a new Lennox HF furnace. That was back at the beginning of September 2016. To-date A1 has never gotten back to us. We were customers with A1 for the purchase of our previous Carrier Furnace and Air Conditioner, so we were not strangers to that company. We have a salesman on call by phone and email 24 hours, 7 days a week, as installations of new equipment are paramount to our business. I have no explanation as to what may have happened to your request, but we will look back at requests from early September and see what information we can find to better improve our procedures. After-hours emergency heating service On the first cold evening of the 2016 fall season and need for central heating, I turned on our thermostat control. I was startled to find no heat being produced by our furnace despite its pre-season inspection and testing of just one month ago. I called the A1 after-hours response phone number and was delighted when technician "John D" agreed to make a service call that evening. Installed new Furnace & AC Had A1 installed a new Daikin Furnace & AC replacing old, inefficient units. Sales representative Richard P, installers Dale & Justin, and inspector Garry S were all professional and pleasant to deal with. Work was first class, neat and tidy.

Furnace repair I noticed my furnace was not heating the house properly and thought it was a clogged blower or ac coil. I changed the air filter but still would shut itself down after so many minutes of running. So I checked the reviews and gave this company a shot. The repair man came the same day I called and troubleshoot the furnace. The code was misdiagnosed by me so lucky he knew the code and voila it was a clogged water drain.
