Air Conditioning Unit Our 21 year old a/c unit ran continuously. A1 came promptly and assessed the a/c. We needed a new unit and it was installed the next day and exactly when they said they would come. Courteous and helpful staff on the phone, for the assessment, and the removal of the old unit with the install. I recommend A1. Thanks. #77371

install of new furnance on cold winter day I thought it was just going to be another yearly inspection for my old carrier furnace. a major part had failed and it needed to be replaced. Rob and Tom did the install and did a fantastic job. they took care with all aspects of the job and the house was warm again, 24 hours after being shut-off. (#68329)

A/C Installation #75924. I had my old a/c go on a Thursday night. After calling A1 on the Friday morning they had arranged to have a new a/c unit installed on the Saturday morning between 7-8am. They arrived at 7:04. They were friendly, polite and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend them!

Annual Service and New Furnace Fantastic company. Every employee I've dealt with has been so accommodating, courteous, helpful and professional. A pleasure to deal with. Not called A1 for nothing. Quality is A1. I've had such trouble with my previous furnace maintenance company. Only use this company.

Allan Brown 1108-1240 Marlborough CRT. (74530) Called yesterday at 3.30 for service technician came the next morning at 9-o-clock found the problem in short order. The technician is very knowledgeable, and very courteous. Will recommend A1 to any one who needs there services.

Service Dispatch # 62824 - Been a customer since 2006 and have had nothing but exemplary service throughout the years. Fortunately, our furnace has never needed repair, but we see a technician twice annually for our SuperCare® service. Recently had my annual service check (Oct 19/15) and requested an appointment for early AM. Warranty Service Call I used to be a supporter of A1 but their service has deteriorated and I don't feel they value their customers' time. My service appointment was to comply with supercare in order to maintain a 10 year warranty coverage for our furnace. I was given a window between 9-1 and after they didn't show up I called and was advised that they had the appointment from 11-3. I was not advised of any change and wasted a complete day from work for this appointment. Very poor customer service.
