Annual furnace check. We have been customers of A-1 for over 25 yrs and during that time we have never found anything to complain about...reliable, friendly, efficient service. All technicians have been great! Dean was the last one to visit our home..he exemplifies what service is all about.

Replaced furnace and air conditioning Based on a recommendation from a friend, I contacted A1 to replace an old and defective furnace. While discussing with their HVAC consultant I decided to replace also the noisy air conditioning and to add a humidifier. I opted for high efficiency Daikin and Aprilaire products and I am very satisfied with my decision. I especially enjoy the quietness of the furnace and the features of the ComfortNet thermostat. Daikon Furnace We are very pleased with our new furnace. Especially the fact it runs so quietly! Jeff Smith, A1's HVAC Consultant, was very informative and answered all of our questions completely. A/C drain pan leak & annual heating check Water puddle noticed by furnace on Saturday, called repair service, left message, (also submitted email service request). A1 called 1st thing Monday morning. Service appointment set up for 11am-3pm same day! Repairman showed up 2pm. Also did annual furnace check while here as well. Very pleased with service & promptness.
