Easy installation for new furnace and air conditioner I called A1 as they had previously installed a new heating/AC system in my house. They were efficient, professional and once it was decided to replace the old system, they made a point of getting the job done in a timely manner. The only reason why i didn't give a 10 out of 10 was that they had trouble diagnosing the original problem which led to multiple visits. Otherwise, a job well done!

Furnace replacement Called A1 to quote on replacing furnace (almost 20 years old). Salesperson was very helpful and came back on a Sunday to answer questions and finalize things. Decided on a Daikin as my neighbor was extremely pleased with his. The service techs were on site at the arranged time (even a few minutes early) and did a great job. Daikin Ductless Air Conditioner Leak Have tried to fix an occasional leak for my Daikin ductless air conditioner over the past two years, another leak this month resulted in me calling in the professionals. John D visited my home and quickly diagnosed the problem... a partial blockage of the drain tube and slight angulation issue causing water to pool in the tube. He cleaned the tubing and shifted the location of the drainage tube. So far, so good. He also suggested a Plan B should this problem arise again. I have no hesitat... read more

Air conditioning and heaying We have been serviced by A1 for at least 10 years and have had only the best service and attention always. We appreciate the recommendations the service providers make as in when we need to change our filters. And it is so helpful that he carries the needed parts with him. Air Conditioner repair I was very pleased with the prompt service, the exchange of information, and the recommendations for the future in regards to our air conditioner. It was all accomplished in a couple of hours and while it could have been much worse news about the state of the unit, I was still very happy that Mike took the time to properly assess and explain how our older unit is functioning. I would not hesitate to recommend A1 to friends and family.

Furnace and AC unit installation I am very satisfied with the workmanship of Dale and Justin. They did an outstanding job. I have been dealing with A1 airconditioning and Heating since 1984. They have always done an A1 job. Garry (Quality Assurance Officer) came by the following week to inspect the job that was performed at our house and he felt everything was done right and according to code. Thanks A1.

Heat exchanger relacement It is rare to have a company representative go over and above on a job. Casey, dispatch #63574 did just that for us. We needed a new heat exchanger & when he pulled the old one out he noticed other parts were "OK" and could last, but opted to get brand new ones (at no cost to us) and drive an hour to pick them up. His reasoning was that he felt it would be necessary later on anyway so may as well do it now. Again, he could have just "done his job" and left...

Furnace replaced #62413 Props to Gord and fellow workers.....we've been dealing with A1 for the past 15 yrs and they have been always punctual and courteous and quite knowledgeable. We recently had our furnace replaced along with our new thermostat and we're very happy.
