Furnace installation This is an unsolicited review. We have had comprehensive annual service contracts with A1 for several years and have always been happy with the service. Our furnace, which was 16 years old, finally "died" in early October, 2015. I called Karen who does scheduling and was very pleasant and professional to arrange a service call. New Furnace I have dealt with A1 Heating & Air for about 30 years, I have purchased air conditioners & furnaces. On Dec. 07 I had a new furnace installed. the sales rep. was very knowledgeable in the product, he answered all my questions & offered me good advice. When the installers arrived very punctual. Removed the old furnace & installed a new one, the 2 men did a very neat job & cleaned up after. I would highly recommend A1 My #65985

Dispatch 63395 I have been a client of A1 Air-conditioning for 20 years. Recently I downsized and moved to a new home. I had A1 replace an aging Water tank and a leaking Air-condition. Honest and Fair Priced...Quick service Recently over long weekend our furnace started acting up and making noises. Around 5pm it stopped working all together. It was a Sunday and I left a voicemail. Within 15 minutes a repair person called back and I explained what was happening. With it being a long weekend the rates are higher as they are with any company. Furnace and water heater The salesman was excellent in breaking down the logic to make the decision to replace my older furnace and water heater versus spending money to address some Red Tags I received. The installation team was very professional and friendly and the quality of the install and cleanup was top notch. A1 definitely deserves the right to use that name....they are A1

heating and air conditioning service We have been clients of A1 Air Conditioning and Heating for years. They are always there for us. Our yearly service contract means we never have to worry about either our furnace or air-conditioner. Last week, we had our air conditioner replaced by a great team (#60918) who were courteous and professional and got the job done! (the old air conditioner was 26 years old and just gave up) Thank you A1!!

New furnace and air conditioner The furnace was an 18-year old high-efficiency version and needed a major repair. The integral air conditioner was probably 37 years old. I decided to replace both at once. A1 Air Conditioning, with whom I have dealt within the last couple of years, but have a relationship reaching back about 38 years, was asked to quote, along with one other.
