Furnace installation and service We recently had a new Daikin furnace installed by A1. We did obtain 4 quotes from various companies however we decided to go with A1 because of their professionalism transparency and a personal approach during the initial discussion. Installation was quick with guys showing up on time and leaving the place clean. Big shout out to their service, we had called A1 twice and both times service was superb. We’ll definitely continue to use A1 and highly recommend their services.

Furance, Air Conditioner and Hot Water Tank A1 looked after our 1994 furnace for years and gave us great service. When the furnace needed replacing, we knew A1 would be the ones to put in a new one for us. Scott came down and went through everything with us: different options of furnaces, prices etc. The price seemed very reasonable, so we also bought from them a new Air Conditioner and a New Water heater to replace the rented one we were paying for again and again. Furnace and Air conditioning installation Our AC broke down last summer and the furnace needed repairs and it was 15 yrs old Rather than repair we got a price for a whole new system. A1 was very competitive in prices and helped us get all the govt rebates that were available which was very helpful. They crew was very professional and their office really pushed to get our energy audit and install done on the same day. Very good experience

New AC and furnace installation Dispatch 59687. I had a new AC and furnace installed (Daikin), and I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service from start to finish. I obtained several quotes and A1 was the most knowledgeable and straightforward, and provided two clear options that suited my needs. I am very happy with the quality of the product and installation, A1 provided exactly what was promised with no surprises. I would certainly recommend A1 to anyone.

New Furnace installation I had a Daikin furnace installed by A1 air cond./heating this week. They sent a very experienced salesman who patiently explained everything in great detail, answered all my questions and quickly arranged the installation on very short notice. The installers came on time and were efficiently done in 3 hours. So far I'm happy with my new furnace and A1's professional service. I never thought I would enjoy looking at and using the smart thermostat that A1 provided... NEST is fantastic.

A/C Unit malfunctioningl Our A/C unit was not working, called A1 and Casey (spelling?) was here in about 40 minutes, he diagnosed the issue immediately and had it fixed in just a few minutes. There was a time delay function on the unit that was malfunctioning and redundant that he was able to bypass and get it working with no extra parts, and only billed us the $99+tax diagnostic fee. Two new Daikon furnaces We had used two other furnace companies to service our 2 furnaces. The second company had to trouble shoot repairs several times and never identified the problem or found solutions. They suddenly closed down so we chose A1. That same problem was identified and solved in a 30 min visit plus a recommendation to for future parts and /or new furnaces. We were hooked. new furnace and new air conditioner We moved into our Watertown house about nine months ago. We knew the furnace and air conditioner were about 20 years old but we thought we could get a little more time out of them. The air conditioner died two weeks after moving in.
