Installation of new air conditioner unit Air conditioner failed to work at all. Called A1 service who came and diagnosed freon leak same day. Called their sales dept who came out very quickly and set installation time. Installation happened on schedule and in 2 hour time frame. Very pleased with A1 service, and price was comparable to others

installed a new furnace Our furnace was red tagged by our previous heating contractor. A1 installed a new furnace, humidifier and air cleaner within 2 day of purchase. Perry Richard and helper arrived early and completed a perfect installation before lunch time. We were very pleased with the whole process and happy to have heat again.

SuperCare annual maintenance contract I had dealings with A1 for over 25 years, and put in place the annual maintenance contract about 15 years ago. During all this time the A1 staff has been nothing short of totally professional, courteous and always helpful. In my experience, when you find trades people who are competent, dependable and honest, you stick with them until they give you a reason not to. I will definitely continue to deal with A1.

New Furnace My old furnace broke down in the middle of winter, had no choice but to buy a new one. They were pretty good at installing the new one the only issue is my basement doesn't have a drain and they couldn't connect to any drain, so I had to hire a plumber to come to my house and finish the installation. Used Dispatch # 67877. Other than that the team was friendly. Not really their fault as a new homes wouldn't have had this problem.

Complete Heating and Cooling Package Having an engineering background it was a pleasure to have dispatch 68716 come to our home prepared to install the new furnace, air filter , humidifier and air conditioning unit. Heating Installation I had a Daikin furnace installed by A1 air cond./heating 3-weeks ago. The salesman (Richard) who patiently explained everything in great detail, answered all our questions and schedule the installation. The installers came on time, and were efficient. So far I'm happy with my new furnace and A1's professional services. I enjoy looking at and using the smart thermostat that A1 provided... NEST is fantastic.

#74034 Really Impressed and Grateful My ac was acting up fan not turning on, system stopping on and off, and finally yesterday no cold air at all (of course). I called a few places, but A1 was the only company that tried to come see me today. Appointment was from 1pm to 5pm, so I was really happy to see Matt show up around 1:30pm. He pretty much knew that it was the compressor and had to go get the part which he did right away. Came back cleaned the ac replaced the part and voila cold air is working and all is right again! Replacing a 30 year old Air Conditioner (#74328) Great service. I called on Monday, tech came to check on Tuesday afternoon, he went to different suppliers try to get different parts, because the machine is too old, so he recommended to replace he whole air conditioner, more efficient, cheaper and with warranty.
