A/C breaking down ... not cool, not cool at all. Summer is here, weather is awesome and when you need to cool off you can always count on the A/C, right? Wrong. Furnace service programme Required a new furnace and humidifier in August 2014 after the Burlington Flood. A1 did a great installation job within only a few days and offered great service while in our home. Our first cleaning and inspection was today and again, the service person (#61060) was courteous and efficient getting the work done.

Furnace, A/C, Thermostat Installation A1's customer service is one of the better ones that I've experienced. Their sales person was informative and not pushy. It helped me decide to choose them over another company although their quote was a bit higher. The installation of a top of the line furnace and a/c went smoothly. A/C and Furnace replacement We researched 3 companies, including our current provider A1 Air Conditioning & Heating, and obtained quotes to replace our ancient air conditioning unit and old furnace. Purchase and Installation of new air conditioner After 27 years of service my Carrier home air conditioner died. Having purchased both this unit and a furnace from A1, I contacted them to discuss replacing the A/C unit. A salesman (Gord Burns) was at my home the same evening to discuss my options and arrange to have a new unit installed within 48 hours.
