Furnace Replacement We have used A1 for many years because they work professionally. They may not be the least costly but we trust them to do what is needed. Air Conditioner Installation We called A1 as our AC was not working. Mike, the repair technician told us that the line was frozen and laid out our options of repair or replacement. We decided to replace the unit and after 3 separate quotes, we chose A1. Scott, the sales person explained our options clearly and answered all our questions. air conditioner Our air conditioner shut down in the midst of the recent heat wave but A1 came to our rescue the same day. Within 5 minutes of his arrival Mike had diagnosed the problem. Using parts from his truck he had our ac back up and running within 30 minutes and he stayed around long enough to ensure it was operating correctly. We've been customers of A1 since 1997 and have always been delighted with their service. With our ongoing maintenance program all this was done without further cost to us - delightful!

Annual furnace maintenance plan Have been hiring A1 for several years to do regular maintenance on our 14 year old furnace after needing to fix it twice and dealing with other companies about 5 years back. They are excellent at what they do, explain problems and repairs (if required well), send experienced technicians to do the job, arrive when planned. Furnace repair When we first moved into our house we knew that our furnace was warmer than usual from our house inspectors, so right away, we had an A1 technician come to service the furnace and to see what's wrong. It turns out the air exchanger inside the furnace needed replacing, and of course, it's one of the few very expensive items that was not covered by the warranty. Furnace Replacement 20-yr old furnace broke down in June, obtained a few quotes on replacement. Richard Preston was a humble and professional agent, his quote was not the lowest one, but we decided to use their service due to a strong recommendation from a good friend. Installing technicians (Dale & Jeff) were very good and I ended up paying extra for Wifi thermostat, but we are happy with that this upgrade. Air Conditioner and Humidifier Our 20 year air conditioner finally had to be replaced (we had a friend try to revive it but it only survived two months). We obtained four quotations. AC, furnace, water heater From the start nothing but professional approach. We had our AC , furnace and water heater replaced A1 was in and out in 8 hrs. They cleaned up, took our old rental water heater and returned it for us. We did have some issues with the AC not running right one phone call and they were in the next day at 9 am taking care of the issue. Professional service before and after product install. Thank you.
