warrantly protection As this company installed my furnace I went with them for their warranty protection plan. I didn't need to use it until this winter when the furnace stopped working twice. The repair men were fast, courteous and most importantly located and fixed the problem quickly.
Furnace Installation In my area there were a ton of advertisements for replacing your furnace with discounts etc. and I kept hearing about shady businesses doing bad jobs. I found out about A1 from a friend, and they are an excellent company all around! They gave me confidence that they had the latest equipment / methods and their service men were very courteous to our family. The installation went faster than I thought, and they didn't make a mess at all (which I really appreciate). I would highly recommend them.

New Furnace and AC We chose A1 after receiving a few quotes for a new furnace and air conditioner. Their price came in below the others, but their service was what sealed the deal. Our sales rep was very friendly and prompt when he came for the estimate. He was thorough with his details, but not pushy. Installation was a breeze. Two guys finished the job in half a day and both the yard and basement were left in immaculate condition. As if this wasn't enough, they even did all the paperwork for our rebates. Air Conditioning and Furnace We had a new AC unit installed a few years ago but required two services over that span. The technicians accommodated our short time request, arrived promptly and fully explained the work in detail required to fix it. They even recommended things for us to do to prolong the life of the unit. They were very professional all-in-all! We were very pleased with their service that we also had our new furnace installed last fall by A1!

Remove and Install Air Conditioner The crew showed up early and installed the air conditioner before noon. They put mats down from the door to the basement; not a spec of dirt in the house. The completed energy rebate paperwork was mailed to me and all I had to do was sign and forward the rebate. A great job and great people. Thanks.

A/C replacement A1 had already replaced our furnace last December and did a great job then so it was a no-brainer for us to use them again to replace the A/C. We have been clients of theirs for many years and highly recommend them for their friendly and professional service.

servicing air conditioner under warranty Six years ago we had A1 install a new air conditioner. Each year we do the warranty maintenace and it ran well. This summer within a three week period our air conditioner stopped working twice. A1 was quick to respond and came the next day and sorted the problem. Technicians were polite, very knoweledgable and got the unit working. A1 is a good company that follows through with good service.
