new a/c I called the office and received excellent customer service. I explained that I had a problems with my 14 year a/c so I decided it was time to get a new one! After doing lots of research on different companies in the area I called A1. With in a couple hours I had spoken to a very knowledgeable sales man he didn't push me to purchase anything I didn't need. Thank you for all you help. I will be recommending A1 to my family or friends for sure

New AC and install of Humifier We had A1 install our new AC and at the same time install a humidifer back in 2009. At the time the work appeared to be done well and we were happy with their service and the overall customer experience. I recently tried to change the water filter on the humidifier only to discover that it is still in brand new condition, ie the humidifier in fact at no time ever worked. replacement of air conditioner my air conditioner broke on the July long weekend. service came the day after I called. Unfortunately, it was beyone repair. Sales came when they said they would and our new air conditioner was installed the very next day . Great job A1 ! I would recommend you to my friends.

Replacement air conditioner Arriving at a new purchased home in July , and finding the AC didn't work was a shock, but the prompt service call from A1 , followed by a no-nonsense analysis of the problem , and possible solutions was much appreciated. Their team arrived very soon afterwards to install a new unit which was accomplished very promptly and their communication with respect to the installation and maintenance in the future was much appreciated. I am very satisfied with A1 and their products.

Furnace and Water Heater Replacement / Downtown Toronto Just had our 30-year old furnace and water heater replaced by A1 A/C & Heating. We selected them based on a recommendation from a neighbour, and after comparing quotes from four companies. repair to furnace replaced motor when what we needed to be replaced was the circuit board.... that's after we 'argued' with the repairman that we thought it was the board and not to motor that needed replacement. Repairman answers"been doing this for 20 years, I'm telling you it's the motor" we decided to take his advice... cost $1,500. Furnace installation Prices are reasonable and service is excellent, friendly and fast. They put in our air conditioner as well about 9 years ago. The servicemen have always explained what they were doing, and even told us some things about our existing system that we didn't know!
