Air Conditioner A1 arrived earlier than scheduled as we were out of AC on the most humid weekend of the summer. They were courteous and professional. When we need any further services A1 will be our choice.

New Furnace & Tankless Water Heather We have been dealing with A-1 since 1999. They replaced the furnace at that time and our air conditioner in 2004. They have been handling maintenance on that equipment ever since. So when it was time to switch to a high-efficiency furnace and a tankless water heater due to a main floor renovation we were undertaking, we called A-1. Their prices are competitive, the product is reliable and the service has always been top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A-1.

New Furnace and Venting When our original furnace failed, I was told to call A 1, misunderstood and called another company with a similar name..my first mistake. We ended up with a terrible install and a furnace that failed within a year. That furnace failed on New Years Day and A1 was there to bail us out. Furnace Service Had used another local company to assess and quote repairs on our eight year old Carrier furnace. They refused to breakdown the estimate (approx 1,000.00) into labour and service. Called A1. They sent out Mike. He was very professional. He provided a detailed estimate of parts and labour and also provided education about our Carrier furnace that we had not learned from Sears at the time of purchase. Service on AC As the summer heat finally got to our family we decided it was time to turn on the AC and oh oh no air or power!! New Air Conditioner We have dealt with A1 for many years. Several years ago we investigated replacing our 30 year old air conditioner. While others were prepared to sell us a new one without question, the A1 rep pointed out that energy savings would not cover the cost, and it was better to stick with the old one. Look at Central Air Conditioner Our central air conditioner is not working and Mike came to have a look. He is very professional and knows his business to perfection. I would recommend him to anyone and feel privileged to have met him. He has worked for A-1 A/C & Heating for 27 years and is a rare gem. Punctual, Professional and very knowledgeable .

New Lennox furnace, air conditioner, air purifier and humidifier The A1 was very professional and knowledgeable, starting with their sales rep Gord, the installers Perry and Chris and the quality control from Garry. The installation was completed in one day, and it went smoothly with no mess left behind. I have subscribed to A1's Supercare program for our old furnace and AC system for 15 years, and will continue to subscribe to their annual maintenance program.
