Assess old A/C unit and replace with new A/C broke done. A1 Air Conditioning sent a repairman out quickly who assessed the situation fairly. Based on cost of repairs and age of A/C unit (17 years old), I asked for a sales quote for a new unit. Sales person was out within 4 hours and the installation took place 2 days later. Installation crew was polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. New A/C unit is running well.

# 69721 Today was my first time using A1. I was having a problem with my 3 year old Carrier furnace. Although A1 didn't sell or install my furnace they treated me with great care as if I was using them for years. They quickly went out to assess, phoned me with the problem and changed the parts and fixed the problem in the same day. Great service.

Furnace and Air Conditioner Last year we decided to replace our furnace as it wasn't working great. The air conditioner was the same age as the furnace so we decided to go with a package deal. Furnace and Air Conditioner replaced We replaced our A/C and furnace finally. We got quotes from 3 different companies and ended up choosing A1 for a few reason, however one of the main reasons was their product and service rating 9.6 on this site compared to the other 2 companies. Great service Our 12 year old unit failed during a heat wave. A1 came promptly and assessed the a/c and serviced our furnace at the same time. We needed a new unit and it was installed the next day and exactly when they said they would come. Courteous and helpful staff on the phone, for the service, and the install.
