Regular maintenance on ductless air conditioner Very professional, prompt and very pleasant. Mike arrived and was a easy and honest to work with. i usually call another company but they couldn't book the time. I check reviews and booked A1, I'm so glad I did!!!

Furnace & A/C We had A1 come in recently to replace our furnace and a/c and we are thrilled with the level of service and professionalism. From the initial visit with the salesperson to the followup quality assurance visit, everyone was excellent to deal with. We would highly recommend A1.

#69553 A1 Air-Conditioning -Heating has been giving us great service for 20 years. We have the SuperCare Protection Plan on our furnace, AC, and humidifier which has been a very effective program for us. Easter Sunday at 6pm I noticed our furnace wasn't coming on. I called and the friendly technician was here soon after to fix the problem.

Furnace hear exchange replacement and tuneing Dispatch # 59274 Placed a call for A1 Air conditioning regarding air balancing and a furnace tune up. Mike B, Home Comfort Specialist showed up right on time and listened to my concerns. He was very professional and explained the issues in a less technical language. My issues were addressed promptly and I am happy to say that my family will be warm this winter. Thanks Mike and the other gentleman who helped him with the job (Craig).

Furnace replacement Dispatch # 65300 Wednesday morning we realized our furnace wasn't working. Called A-1 and had a technician within a few hours tell us we had a cracked heat exchanger. Cost to replace was almost as much as a new furnace, so as ours was installed by A-1 20 years ago, we decided to go with a new one. The newer ones are more efficient, and lower in cost to run. Air Conditioning On the hottest day of the year, our air conditioner broke down. They managed to schedule a repair and replace the broken part 5 hours after we made the call! What great service! Mike, our cheerful techician # 75484, was very quick to diagnose the problem and alleviate our fears....our 12 year old AC would be fine after his repair Service covered under our warranty!
