Verified Renter I have loved my experience so far at 909. I have had no major issues thus far. My only complaint is that a few of the concierge staff are not helpful.

Verified Renter My experience here has been great so far. The staff is super friendly and they have a 24hr concierge desk. Occasionally they do fun little events here, such as Resident Appreciation Day and allowing a plant shop to vendor inside. It's only a two minute at most walk from Whole foods. The metro is close as well. They do have underground parking...but it costs $200/month. That may be pricey for some people. I can't think of much cons for the place. Verified Renter Large apartment, great sound proofing. Some floor plans inefficiently use space. Maintenance team sometimes takes the easy way out rather than fixing the underlying problem.

Verified Renter The apartment building is quite nice. You get by far the largest apartments for the price in Navy yard. The front desk people are always so nice and they learn your name and always greet you. The building has a gym, movie theater, business center, conference room, and pool which is great. The facilities are always very clean. There are guest parking spots you can reserve (paid after the first 24 hours) and even a guest suite in the building you can reserve (paid). Verified Renter I moved in two years ago and the experience was amazing! Ms. Joni the head concierge made my transition smooth! Mike and Malik ((Maintenance)) are also both amazing and on point. The experience at 909 is still just as amazing today as it was when I first moved in.
