In the very... (Verified Renter) In the very hectic 2021 apartment rental climate, I was easily able to secure a unit for my needs. The 10 month lease could be interpreted as lucky too because it will free me up to figure out my next housing without having to commit to a one year or over contract.

(Verified Renter) Living in a building built before the turn of the last century, my guess about 1886, on the ninth floor in a unit with a dozen windows and 12+ foot ceilings is really really cool. The management company, office staff, and maintenance are top-notch bar none. You would be remiss not to take up an opportunity to live in such a wonderful home.

Verified Renter 909 Capital Yards is located in a gentrified neighborhood with lots of green space, restaurants and community activities. If you are concerned about space, It is a more spacious building compared to the other buildings in the neighborhood. The M-F evening Conceirge is very attentive to the residents and provides awesome customer service. If I was given the opportunity to update one of the amenities provided by Kingsley, it would be the gym equipment. Overall this is a great building
