Nice building, great neighborhood, awesome staff Still fairly new, the building is one of the older ones in the neighborhood (maybe 10 years or so?). This means that it's still super-nice with decent amenities, but not over-the-top expensive. The apartments are all decent sized for the city (or any city) and reasonable quality. Enjoy Living Here Been here almost two years and have really enjoyed it. Great location, friendly staff, and lots of friendly dogs. Don't feel like we're paying a ton for a bunch of extra amenities we'll never use, which is nice. Favorite story from here - once shortly after we moved in I was on my way to a tech conference and when I got to the airport I realized I had forgotten my laptop. I called and concierge at the front desk came up to our apartment and got it for me so a friend could pick it up and bring it to the conf... read more

Love 909! We absolutely love 909 Capitol Yards! We just re-signed our lease for the 3rd time, and couldn't be happier. Rupert, Corinn, and the leasing office staff are always super friendly and helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to make your life easier, and your home situation happy. Great people, great neighborhood This is a great building with a great staff. There is a definite community feel to the building, and they are super pet friendly. Navy Yard is a growing area, but it still has a neighborhood-y feel that is really nice.

Great Community 909 Capitol Yards is a great community to live in. You are immediately greeted by the concierge staff, Rupert and team are all very professional, friendly and will go out of there way to assist you. The maintenance staff is always on call and there to fix any issue in your apartment. I have never had a more attentive staff than the one at 909. The pool area is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this building to anyone looking in the Navy Yard Area.

Strict Luxury As soon as you walk into 909 capitol yards every sense is greeted by a faint impression of luxury. The expensive (looking) furnishing and generic art is pleasant whether you are walking home from the grocery store or returning from the airport at 3 am. Great Community, Great Location This is the perfect area for young professionals and families. The building is in walking distance to the metro, a wide variety of great restaurants, outdoor spaces, and the Nationals Ballpark. The building has 24/7 concierge service, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and accommodated. Quality by the Hill! 909 Capitol Yards is a wonderful place to live, from the front desks, to the maintenance team, and the management as well. The building is always exceptionally clean, the amenities are wonderful including a great pool, a large party room with shuffle board, pool, and a Foosball table!
