Superb front desk staff! Rupert, Korine & Zakeda are the best front desk staffers residents at 909 could hope for. They are all attentive, professional & most importantly caring. The team is there to assist you with your packages but they are also willing to go above & beyond when you are under the weather. In addition to this trio the maintenance team (Francois & Milton) always follows up on their work tickets to ensure residents are pleased. 909 Capital Yards is definitely worth a visit during your hunt for a future home.

Ms. Korine at the Front Desk Ms. Korine at the front desk of 909 New Jersey Avenue is the absolute best! She is always friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to making sure I promptly receive my shipments from UPS, FedEx, Amazon, or any other shipper. She is smart, fun to talk to, and a big part of the reason I live here. I know my home is in good hands with Ms. Korine.

Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! Great building, great neighborhood! The best part is the friendliness of Korine who works the front desk, she is amazing and feels like part of the family! Maintenance is always on their A game and are quick to fix any issues!

Nice building, great neighborhood, awesome staff Still fairly new, the building is one of the older ones in the neighborhood (maybe 10 years or so?). This means that it's still super-nice with decent amenities, but not over-the-top expensive. The apartments are all decent sized for the city (or any city) and reasonable quality. Easy walk to two metro stops, a bunch of good restaurants, the Nationals ballpark, and a great waterfront walking area. Enjoy Living Here Been here almost two years and have really enjoyed it. Great location, friendly staff, and lots of friendly dogs. Don't feel like we're paying a ton for a bunch of extra amenities we'll never use, which is nice. Favorite story from here - once shortly after we moved in I was on my way to a tech conference and when I got to the airport I realized I had forgotten my laptop. Love 909! We absolutely love 909 Capitol Yards! We just re-signed our lease for the 3rd time, and couldn't be happier. Great people, great neighborhood This is a great building with a great staff. There is a definite community feel to the building, and they are super pet friendly. Navy Yard is a growing area, but it still has a neighborhood-y feel that is really nice.

Great Community 909 Capitol Yards is a great community to live in. You are immediately greeted by the concierge staff, Rupert and team are all very professional, friendly and will go out of there way to assist you. The maintenance staff is always on call and there to fix any issue in your apartment. I have never had a more attentive staff than the one at 909. The pool area is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this building to anyone looking in the Navy Yard Area.

Strict Luxury As soon as you walk into 909 capitol yards every sense is greeted by a faint impression of luxury. The expensive (looking) furnishing and generic art is pleasant whether you are walking home from the grocery store or returning from the airport at 3 am.
