Nice building. Needs... (Verified Renter) Nice building. Needs cleaner rugs in the building. At least shampooed. 7 years I have lived here and not once cleaned. Stained with animal urine. Does not look presentable when entering the apt or having company over. The white doors by mail room and side entrance are filthy need to be bleached. Windows are filthy. It?s very nice... (Verified Renter) It?s very nice and very convenient if you have dogs. Neighbors are all really friendly. A little more expensive than what I would like to pay for a 1 bedroom apartment and slightly outdated for the price but the amenities and team here make it all worth it

My request was for more exposed brick as per the necessary mill loft vibe, and I got wrapped in a cozy corner of vintage masonry. An annoying smoke detector battery chirp got silenced by the ultra responsive maintenance staff within one hour and I had positive experiences both before and after that incident.
