Verified Renter The building is older, but a good value for the price. The staff is really great and the residents don't cause any problems. The building feels safe overall and is much better than some of the other buildings in the area. Super pet friendly!

Verified Renter I’m going on year three and living in 909 has been a very pleasant experience. With the crime rate rising in The District of Columbia I do wish that Bozzuto would consider some type of security like the other buildings in the neighborhood to KEEP THEIR RESIDENTS SAFE.
