Verified Renter I have lived at 909 for 3 years now and love it. My unit is comfortable and has enough room for my fiancée, I and our cat. Having lived elsewhere in DC this is easily the best place I have rented from.

Verified Renter My experience here has been great so far. The staff is super friendly and they have a 24hr concierge desk. Occasionally they do fun little events here, such as Resident Appreciation Day and allowing a plant shop to vendor inside. It's only a two minute at most walk from Whole foods. The metro is close as well. They do have underground parking...but it costs $200/month. That may be pricey for some people. I can't think of much cons for the place. Verified Renter Large apartment, great sound proofing. Some floor plans inefficiently use space. Maintenance team sometimes takes the easy way out rather than fixing the underlying problem.
