Verified Renter Easy move in. Clean apartment. Friendly staff. Parking garage is very convenient. Gym is large with a ton of equipment. Elevators are always fixed in a timely manner. I definitely am enjoying my first month.

Halstead living Ive had a great experience living in this apartment building thus far. The management team is attentive and responsive, which makes a big difference in creating a welcoming community. The best part of the building is definitely the amenities, they are always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. One great feature is that the building allows dogs, which is a big plus for pet owners. However, it does come with some downsides. A property and team who got it right From moving out of state for the first time, it definitely was a bit nerve racking and junior made it nothing but a seamless experience- with any questions, timing, scheduling etc. it was beyond seamless and made my transition from state to state a bit easier knowing I had a property that was willing to work with me and was overly accommodating. Verified Renter It has been a great several months. No pests and front desk people are great. Amenities are very good as well - pool chairs are limited and I wish pool was on the roof but still quite nice.
