Verified Renter So far, so good. However, I am still waiting for my toilet to be fixed after having maintenance put a temporary part 6 days ago. Additionally, my microwave turns on but fails to heat any food. I have already submitted two requests about this, but I have received no updates.

Verified Renter An elevator has been out of service for multiple months. Multiple maintenance requests for our unit have been acknowledged but not corrected despite the repairs being simple (e.g., replacing damaged blinds). Maintenance cut a hole in the wall of our unit multiple weeks ago to correct a HVAC issue in another unit and have made no attempt to patch the hole.

Verified Renter Moving in has been an ok process. Our leasing agent has not been tremendously responsive. We signed our lease the morning we got the keys despite applying 2 months prior. We still don't have a garage clicker, mail keys, or an assigned parking spot. But the building and staff have been wonderful. I know we are going to love it here once everything gets settled.
Junior and the Team at Halstead Absolutely loved the communication and overall helpfulness From Junior and the rest of the staff. They made moving in very seamless and smooth and we’ve absolutely enjoyed our time as tenants
