Verified Renter Pros: The new management has a great attitude and front desk staff is excellent. The apartments are spacious. Cons: There is a lot of turn over as it relates to management. The gym equipment is outdated.

The combination of the Buzzoto standards of excellence and living steps away from Yards Park / Capital Riverfront and the metro just cant be beat!

Verified Renter I looked at several apartment buildings before deciding on 909, but I knew once I had looked at the space that this was where I wanted to live. 30 minutes after my tour I filled out an application. The building is nice and modern, and the staff and concierge are so friendly and helpful. I've had a couple of maintenance fixes in my apartment, and they were fixed within 24 hours. There's a real sense of community in 909 with the events hosted. I really have enjoyed living here!
