Verified Renter Staff is awesome, good location, very quiet never hear neighbors. Lots of dogs in the building and people are very friendly. Maintenance is very responsive.

Perfect Location/ Beautiful Apartments The exposed beams and exposed brick in the apartments are beautiful!! Walking distance to the commuter rail is a big plus!

Love living here.... (Verified Renter) Love living here. The only thing missing is an outdoor space to sit where we can barbecue. Would greatly benefit from some dedicated outdoor space!
Peaceful living! Large apartment homes, with amazing and responsive customer service. The building is a little older and showing it's age, but it's kept clean. Ms. Joni and the Concierge team are the reason for my rating. They make you feel valued and they go above and beyond for residents. Unfortunately, the 35% rate adjustment with no upgrades to an older building with dated amenities made me take up residence in another property.
