Courtesy has done improper repairs to my truck not using correct parts which causes me to drive to Burlington where they aren't covered to do repair because courtesy charged to do it and did it wrong. I will never buy from courtesy and don't recommend it

After a long 4 days of car shopping for my first car with my mom, Courtesy was our final destination. The dealerships we went to prior to Courtesy failed to acknowledge my budget and made it seem like it would be impossible for me to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I am on a fixed income and shannon and jimmy went out of their way to find a car that I could afford and insure with no down payment. I would deffinently recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car. I went on line to get a quote on a car, not really expecting to accually get a car, and Shannon and Jimmy wentthe extra mile to get me into a car that will work for me.

Kudo's to Shannon and Craig for making this one of the best experiences in car buying I have had. I belong to a volunteer Fire Company and have had a Nissan sentra, granted it treated me well but the coming snow made me ponder the need for 4WD or AWD vehicle. Every one was exstreamly pleasant and were not pushy. They all treated my grandson (age 7) with respect. Dana was very knowlegeable about my Tacoma and was great to work with. After my lost my last vheicle, I returned to Courtesy to buy my next vheicle. My previous salesperson no longer worked there, so I was introduced to George, and he was extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process. He went out of his way to help me find a car I actually wanted, instead of just the one he'd make the biggest profit on. I am so glad that I bought my car from courtesy Toyota. I originally purchased my car from Dave Guilmette. My first experience was great and they continued to stay by there word. I then recently went through a very bad personal experience and Dave was there for me. He had to get the original co signer off and switch it with someone else and he put a lot of time and effort into getting it done for me.
