When I think it's time to "talk cars" with a knowledgeable expert, I always think of Dave Guilmette. I invariably drive to the dealership to look over the new offerings. Dave gives me the tour and answers all of my questions - he even knows the answers to the questions I should have answered but din't think of. the sales person was very friendly and he is a friend. i really don't like doing this but i was asked to do it. i think surveys and for the birds. i buy cars because i need them and have not had much experience with the service department or parts deparment.

I needed a reliable truck for work and went to Toyota because of their excellent long-term history of quality and reliability. I met Dave Guilmete and had the good fortune of spending an hour with him discussing trucks and purchase/lease options. I ended up with a truck that I'm very happy with. I recommend Courtesy and Dave Gilmete.

I recently bought my first new car ever from Dave Guilmette and Courtesy Toyota. I love the car. I also REALLY had fun looking at the different models, understanding the different options and determining what I could afford. Dave was GREAT in showing me the cars and there's no substitute for actually sitting in the car. The brochures and web sites are good but there's nothing like the real thing. Man, am I glad I did. What a fun car and a totally great experience buying from Courtesy and Dave G.

Dave is the only Car Salesman we deal with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. We have bought more than a dozen new cars from Dave over the years and have never had a single complaint, only complete satisfaction. I found the Courtesy Salesman, Dave Guilmette, to personify the Courtesy name! He was very thorough in explaining all the features of tne Matrix model that I was interested in. I felt that he gave me a good price and trade-in . The paperwork involved was organized and went smoothly. Very satisfied with the service that I received!

I have reconsidered my experience at Courtesy Toyota. The management team had me sign papers on a '10 Tundra drive it off the lot and have it for two days and then call me and tell me that I have to come in and sign some other paperwork. Then they tell me I don't qualify for the early lease turn in for the 6 months forgiveness, because I had 7 months to go on my lease. Great experience, we purchased three Toyota's from this dealership in the last 3 years. With the last purchase, truck had an issue with the brakes, I called my salesman and he put me in contact with the person who had certified my truck, and the service department loaned me a car while the parts were on order then they made the repairs.

We had a very bad experience at Courtesy Toyota. My wife has been a loyal Toyota car owner for 15 years, and all vehicles were purchased at Courtesy. We both felt like we were misled concerning the trade in allowance for a Corolla they sold us. As well the Sales Manager spoke over the top of our voices and we both thought we were being reprimanded by a Parent. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE, WE WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!!!
