We were always treated with the utmost respect and cordiality by our sales person, Scott Daley. He made sure we understood all aspects of purchasing our new Prius, and we feel he gave us a very fair price. I would highly recommend Courtesy Toyota to anyone wishing to purchase a Toyota. We have also been taking the vehicle there for service and find the same to be true of the service department, courteous and on time.
We traded during the cash for clunkers program. Had heard good things about Toyota trucks. Had an excellent sales representative who made the experience pleasant and informative. Good selection on the lot. I feel that if I need any follow-up assistance, I can contactmy sales rep and he will do whatever he can to satisfy me.

Great fast sales person who goes out of his way to help the customer. My first visit for service was done smoothly and I used the first of my customer loyalty coupons to pay for the visit. I called Courtesy in an effort to shop around for the best deal on a Toyota Tacoma. For Courtesy, I filed an internet request seeking their assistance in my shopping. Someone called rather quickly (a couple of hours?) and gave pricing for a purchase, but I apologized and said I needed pricing for a 36-month lease. The response: "Oh."
