Our car buying experience prior to this on made us want to vomit. These guy worked there butts off for us. I am not exaggerating when i say this was the best experience i could have had. I will never buy a car from anyone else. Start to finish we spent 2 hours at the dealership and that was only because it was a very busy day. They got me the exact truck I wanted at a very good price. My wife and I really had a great experience dealing with people at this dealership in Berlin. We looked at other makes, and talked to people in two other dealerships before we came here, one in another location in Vermont and one in New Hampshire. Ron Anderson and the people that we dealt with here were knowledgeable, and courteous to deal with. We were able to negotiate, without much hassle, what we felt was a fair price for the car. When I went to purchase a new vehicle, the sales person was Dave Guilmette. He was very knowledgeable about Toyota trucks. He took me for a test drive and was able to answer all my questions. He has also been very helpful after the sale. He even came out in a snow storm and helped me fix my windshield wiper.

Purchase many cars from this dealership. I have always enjoyed working with Dave and he has always been straight foward and honest with us. Allways trying to find the exact vehicle that meets our needs at a fair price relative to other toyota dealers. The service deptment while very good and freindly are simply over priced. They are always pushing toyota replacement parts and when they quote other prices they are as much as 1/2 more than other shops. While my cars are under warrenty I have my service done by them. I had very exceptional service from Jimmy. He got me financed with a low credit score and was very good about making my experience a happy one for buying a new van. Jimmy was very prompt at getting me the vehical that I wanted and made sure I was happy and saticfied when I left the dealership. He was very nice and professional he really took care of me. Desmond was a wonderful salesman. He really made me happy when he made sure my van got to me in a proper time frame.

At first i was very nervous because buying a car is such a huge deal, but when i walked into the dealership i was greeted with a smile and felt right at home. Natalia Tanner was very knoledgable and answered all my questions without any preassure of buying a car. She was very considerate of my financial situation and worked with me on a price i could afford. I was very pleased with the service Natalia provided as a sales rep, she was fantastic.

These two guys worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted and a price to go with it.I contacted other dealerships and some of them did not even return my calls or e-mails and when they did they acted like they couldn't be bothered to look for what I wanted. I have dealt with this dealership before under different ownership and it was positive then and it certainly was this time. Keep up the great work!!!!
