This is my second car I bought from Courtesy and would continue to buy from them in the future. I will also continue to deal with George. What a great guy and knowledgeable salesman. Friendly salesperson, not at all pushy. Found us exactly what we were looking for, including color and low interest rate. Gave a fair price on trade in. Willing to take time to remove equipment from trade in and personally delivered it to my place of employment.

I stoppped by on a hot June day to check out the Totota Rav4. I had contemplated trading my vehicle and thought I'd visit Courtesy Totota. Initially, I looked at the Subarus and was greeted immediately by Jim Glassford who was very attentive, friendly and informative. Jim then showed me a RAV4 which I decided on the spot to purchase. George and Jummy turned what had been as a negative experience (my need to unexpectedly find a new car) into a suprisingly good one. I have to say that this is the first time that I drove away from a dealership actually feeling positive about the deal that I had done. I went to the dealership to look around and see if there was a way for me to get into atoyota vehicle.I never expected to be able to drie away with anew vehicle. The people I worked with with very helpful and Bob Picioli was able to quickly determine my needs. His knowledge impressed me and the Rav4 was a perfect fit. We came in to Courtesy without any expectations; in fact, we had made a wrong turn on the way to the Honda place! We were in the market for an all wheel drive vehicle, and all we knew was what we could afford. When we asked about a Rav4, Bob asked us what color we wanted, and we said "the cheapest!" thinking that we wouldn't find anything in our price range. We were very impressed with the overall personality of this young man. He was polite, courteous, and very down to earth. Could tell he definitely is a people person, and wanted to make sure you got what you were looking for. He did an excellent job with the road test; taking us over roads that we would be driving; more than just around the block. We recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna Van and couldn't be more happy! Dana was very helpful, freindly and imformative. Dana answered all our questions (some more than once) and took the time to go over the car with us as well as our daughter. We purchased the van so we would have enough room for our kids and grandkids to go together. We couldn't be more happy with the space and great features this van has.
