Shannon is a peach! After two phone calls, an appointment for a test drive was scheduled. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, and as it was in the show room, I test drove its twin. We started the negotiations regarding my trade-in. I knew what I wanted for my car and what I wanted for a payment. We started the afternoon with Joe Sweeney at Twin City Subaru where our soon-to-be car was parked in the lot. Joe was very professional and helpful. Once we decided to buy, he transitioned us to their Courtesy Toyota office where Jimmy Huff walked us easily and quickly through the paperwork. The whole experience was seamless and simple because these folks know their business. And they care about their customers.
I gave this rating to Sara because she was honest with me, very personable, provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision to purchase this car and also about the car after the purchase. She was not "pushy", but realistic. She was patient and didn't rush me through the process. She was very attentive to my needs throughout the sale.
4th car bought there... Dale's great to talk to, helps put the deal together in terms you can understand. The only thing that supprised me was the comment by the F&I guy Jimmy. (Please fill out this survey for us, but only if you liked the deal. Don't if you didn't, !!! ??? Hmmm...)
Justin went above and beyond to form a relationship with us. He even showed us their Land Cruiser's from the 70's since we own a 1978. Desmond was a friendly face from our home town and it was nice catching up with him. We had an easy and honest transaction with Jimmy. We were not pressured at all during our interactions with this dealership. There were no games with the figures. We will be back to purchase our next vehicle. Thanks guys, Frank & Carol
Sara was very helpful from the very first moment when she walked around the icy car lot with me on my first tip to Courtesy Toyota. She was professional, patient and knew the answers to my questions about the Matrix my partner and I eventually bought. She took us on a test drive that really tested the car as we live on a back road in Vermont and handling Mud Season is a priority. Since the purchase Sara has been attentive with follow-up calls when necessary. It was a pleasure to work with Sara throughout this process.
I contacted the dealership through web site, got an I contacted the dealership through web site, got an immediate email back, met with sales representative and told her what I want, scheduled a test drive and she listened to what I wanted, came up with a vehicle that I liked and helped me put the payments in my comfort zone.
Mike Cody and Sara Routhier went over and above to meet with me and work with me to purchase a new Camry. Sara was very thorough with her descriptions of all the options on the vehicle and was extremely friendly to work with. I would strongly recommend Courtesy Toyota to anyone interested in a new Toyota!
I first started looking for a used Honda Element last week and I actually got "bait and switched" by the sales woman and was flatout lied to from the start. I made explicit instructions what I was looking for and the budget we had on my first visit to the dealer and several follow up phone calls.
