Went to 802 Toyota after being frustrated by the Burlington Vermont Toyota dealer. Shannon had responded to an email request for a lease offer that was being advertised nationally. Not only did they honor the offer on the same vehicle the other dealership would not I drove away in the car on a Saturday. Shannon was great to work with, very efficient and friendly. Don't waste your time shopping around elsewhere.

In October 2012 my car needed extensive repairs because I had owned it for years and it would cost alot to fix it. I need a new or used car ASAP because my son-in-law had an accident at work of a fractured skull and I had to rush to MA to help my daughter and family. Sam Wright was the Sales Consultant that help me find a used Rav4, one I could afford, and I was able to purchase it the day I came in so I could rush to MA. We had been searching for our new SUV for about and month and were getting frustrated with other dealers. I contacted 802 Toyota about several vehicles we were interested in. We got quick responses and they were ready when we came in. They let us drive several vehicles before we settled on the one we liked. Shannon is 'the best.' She is patient, willing to listen and understand. She is calm and knowledgeable. I think of her as a friend even though I met her through car shopping.
