I am writing this review to let everyone know that Cat & Dale are awesome to work with in your dealership! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone to buy a vehicle from. I mentioned to Cat's boss I beleive that if she ever wants to leave the dealership that they should offer her whatever she wants for a number to retain her expertice. She is AWESOME!! In the last 24 years, I bought 12 cars. I can say without hesitation, that for the first time, I had a very pleasant experience buying a car. I bought my new 2014 Tundra from Sam Wright and he was really great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the truck and helped explain everything. He specifically asked about the types of roads I would be using and adjusted the test drive to include everything that I would experience during an average day. I just leased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab from 802 Toyota and could not be happier with the experience. The salesman, Eric Lane, was extremely helpful in choosing a vehicle, worked his best to get me a good deal and could not have been more pleasant. I called Sam Clark knowing exactly which car I wanted to buy. He responded quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I live in New York and Sam personally drove the car to my door, had all of the necessary paperwork in hand, met me with a fair trade in value and a fair value on the Matrix I was buying. My wife and I visited 802 Toyota to replace our 2011 RAV3 as the lease was about to expire. Sam was showed us a couple of 2013 models and went over their features in detail. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He is a fine salesman.

Our experience was absolutely the best we have ever had at a car dealership! Shannon put in a lot of effort over the phone, texting and email to find us a vehicle to suit our needs and budget.
