My husband myself and my daughter went in to see if we could do anything with our cars. To make along story short we all walked away with a new car. The people at 802 Toyota were so fiendly. They worked hard for us tho makes things happen. We will go back when it comes time to trade again. You would have thought they new us forever there. Wonderful people. i have to say i have bought 3 trucks from courtesy/ 802 toyota and after today it will be the last i bought a 2012 toyota tundra 365 days ago today and it ust so happened to have broke down last night. i called the dealer that morning and first things first i was told not to call the dealer for my truck being broke down, i have to call toyota roadside assisatance. that was fine so i called roadside assiatance and they were top notch in picking up the truck. i got a text from toyota care saying my truck had arrived at the dea... read more

The staff had the knowledge and experience to promote the sale. I have just leased a 2013 Venza and am very happy with the quality and durability of the car. The sales people were fantastic as they fit me to my new vehicle and my price. I never thought I would be driving a Venza as I thought it would be too pricy!!!

I came to 802 Toyota 100% by chance. I was at the Berlin Mall and decided to look at what used vehicles were offered by 802 Toyota. I walk through the lot and go into the dealership which was very clean and well kept and I am greeted by the the receptionist. Service was fantastic, I was treated with respect. Entire staff went over and above to help me by the truck I wanted. From service loaning me tools to remove my truck box, to some great conversations with other sales staff while Shannon was making the purchase happen. Highly satisfied.

we purchased our 2009 sienna awd xle Certified in june at Herriatge with the Toyota care warranty. Recently the power door snapped the cable so we went to 802 since it is closer to home. They were professional did not give any hard time about the warranty or having purchased the vehicle elsewhere. The part had to be ordered and was completely covered by the certified warranty. 802 sent a letter letting us know when the parts were available and sent a reminder for the follow up appointment. This is my second time buying a new Rav4 from 802 Toyota, and the main reason I returned was because of Desmond's knowledge and expertise. He went out of his way to ensure that I had all the information I required to make a purchase, giving me options of different models to choose from, taking me on multiple test drives, and even sending me pictures so I could pick the right color.
