Our experience in buying a car from Courtesy Toyota was a great one! Desmond Culcleasure was not only easy to work and very organized but a really nice person too! We enjoyed talking with him and we really feel that it was because of his no pressure sales talent that we purchased a vehicle that day. I hate buying cars because of pushy sales people. Desmond made it an enjoyable experience and we LOVE our new car!

I have had a Hyundai for years but this spring it was time to trade. I looked and test drove several at a few different dealerships. I posted my desire for a new vehicle on my facebook page. One of my friends, Sara, asked me to at least look at the new Toyota's.I looked at the Camry, which was the closest to the Sonata I was looking at. I didn't care for it. We have purchased four vehicles from Courtesy so far and will continue to go back. Everyone is always nice and never pushy. Our salesman, Jason, was terrific to deal with and the Finance Manager, Jimmy, went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated at Courtesy!

WE had the BEST experience with this dealership. We've always steered away from dealerships in general because we've had a few bad experiences...HOWEVER....this dealership will be the one we go to for life! BEST SERVICE and we were treated with respect and courtesy....THE BEST! I have 1000 friends on facebook and have done nothing but plug this place since we've received our car. FABULOUS! I went to buy a car about a year ago I didnt end up buying one but the salesperson Desmond Culcleasure left a very good impression on me that i decided to buy a car at that dealership.

The sales person was very pleasant and knows her cars. The price we reached agreement on was reasonable and "fair". This dealer should give their salespeople a bit more leeway in negotiations rather than making them just mail carriers and go betweens. The dealership (not this salesperson) could have been a bit less aggressive in pushing the Toyota financing program. All in all, we were quite satisfied with the car buying experience at Courtesy and are very happy with our vehicle.

Desmond was a great help...he showed me different options and listened closely to everything I wanted. The service from the dealership was fast and easy. I was very pleased with everything they did for me. Jimmy (Vegas) was super fast and explained everything when I was signing papers. Most importantly, neither of them were pushy! That is HUGE! I would definitely reccomend this dealership.

I was very hesitant to start the search for a new-to-me I was very hesitant to start the search for a new-to-me car. I have less than perfect credit, was not able to provide much for a down payment, and wasn't able to make a large increase in my monthly payment.
