Shannon is 'the best.' She is patient, willing to listen and understand. She is calm and knowledgeable. I think of her as a friend even though I met her through car shopping. Shannon and Keith worked with me and with my son to make sure I got the car I needed at a price I could afford. Our daughter just just moved to Vermont from New York after graduating college. Since she had never purchased a new car before we (parents) assisted her 5 hours away. Shannon was a tremendous asset to the entire purchase experience. I needed a new car desperately and the folks here I needed a new car desperately and the folks here couldn't have been more helpful. My salesperson Sara Routhier let me try several cars that met my needs and gave me the pros and cons of all of them. I ended up with a great 2010 Scion! On the financing side Jimmy Huff rocked it and got me a great deal! Thanks to both of them!

Sarah was an excellent salesperson to work with. She was very knowledgable about the several different models that we asked about and test drove. She went on the test rides with us and shared useful information along the way as needed. Jim did an excellent job on helping me buyout my lease and finance it instead of leasing. The original dealership I leased my 2011 Tacoma from pushed me around from day 1 but I did not get this treatment from Jim. He punched all the info into the computer and had answers and an agreement within less then 2 hours. He is awesome and the dealership is awesome. Sara was the best. No pressure, friendly and courteous service by all staff. Prompt replies to e-mail questions. Excellent pricing. Great customer service. No regrets. Will return in the future.
