Our daughter just just moved to Vermont from New York after graduating college. Since she had never purchased a new car before we (parents) assisted her 5 hours away. I needed a new car desperately and the folks here I needed a new car desperately and the folks here couldn't have been more helpful. My salesperson Sara Routhier let me try several cars that met my needs and gave me the pros and cons of all of them. I ended up with a great 2010 Scion! I was very happy with the service and there willing to help me and ther stayed late so I could run home to get some tire that went with to deal because I was not able to come in on Monday.
Sarah was an excellent salesperson to work with. She was very knowledgable about the several different models that we asked about and test drove. She went on the test rides with us and shared useful information along the way as needed. Jim did an excellent job on helping me buyout my lease and finance it instead of leasing. The original dealership I leased my 2011 Tacoma from pushed me around from day 1 but I did not get this treatment from Jim. He punched all the info into the computer and had answers and an agreement within less then 2 hours. He is awesome and the dealership is awesome.
