Sara really took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted in a car. She helped me narrow down my search, and when I made the decision about what to buy, she was extraordinarily helpful and patient. I was aprehensive about the whole process of searching, selecting, and buying, and Sara really made it a breeze. I'm thrilled with my new Toyota, and really pleased with the service I received.
This dealership was by far the friendliest & most honest one that we dealt with. We had been searching for a new Toyota Tacoma & wanting to trade in a used vehicle. The sales team was helpful and thorough. Desmond actually bought me floor mats. I liked the style of their business manager Jimmy. I was in a bad situation and they were understanding of my problems. Although I did not save a ton of money, I know they will work with me in the future.
I have always HATED car shopping with a passion. It it is as stressful to me as moving into a new house or apartment. The sales people that I have dealt with in the past have always been pushy and annoying and that exactly what I felt like I was doing, dealing with them. Sara was the first person to greet me at the dealership and right away she seemed confident and friendly. We took a test drive and discussed leasing versus buying and Sara had the answers. She admittedly was a bit of a car saleperson rookie, but apparently she has a knack. At the beginning of our visit through until we acually bought our car, it was a great experience. Sara was knowledgable about the cars we tried out and she even worked with us to find a car that was affordable. Jimmy got us the best interest rate he could find.
Our experience in buying a car from Courtesy Toyota was a great one! Desmond Culcleasure was not only easy to work and very organized but a really nice person too! We enjoyed talking with him and we really feel that it was because of his no pressure sales talent that we purchased a vehicle that day. I hate buying cars because of pushy sales people.
