I went to courtesy Toyota looking for a affordable and dependable car and Dave Guilmette and Craig found me a great used Toyota corolla. There were a couple little problems with it like scratches on the doors and a ripped door molding. They offered to fix the problems for free. My car looks like brand new. Dave treated me like family. Excellent experience at Courtesy Toyota of Berlin, VT. Salesman George Rollins was straight forward, proactive, helpful, friendly, and (overall) a real pleasure to deal with. He knew the product line and all the features. This is my second vehicle from Courtesy and I will be returning again.

I've found the sales team at Courtesy to be of the highest caliber, have bought my last two cars from them and will likely do so, again. When recalls came up they were quick with information and dealt with the issues immediately; I continue to feel that they're taking good care of my needs and my family's safety.

I was looking to buy a truck. I had done my homework and searched the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I visited with several other area dealerships and did not feel the sale staff took me seriously, some even asked if my Husband/Boyfriend would be in to "Kick" the tires and talk money. Needless to say I was insulted by this and took my business else where. Desmond pulled all the stops to get me a dealer I couldn't refuse on a new Prius. He has gone out of his way to make certain the car is what I expected and even offered to drive my old Sienna back so I could drive the car home that night and not have to come back to pick it up the net day. That fell through when I decide to take the dark blue showroom Prius instead of the bright red one I test drove. Desmond is by far the best and most trustworthy sales man around.

Courtesy Toyota is very friendly and easy to deal with. There were some communication issues with them and the dealer they swapped the car from which was frustrating that it took longer than promised to arrive. The salesman (being new) didn't have great knowledge of the car, but there were others in the office who did and could answer nay questions we had or tell us things we didnt already know about it.

I just bought the new 2010 4-runner from Dave Guilmette at Courtesy Toyota. I couldn't be happier, the dedication from Mr. Guilmette on getting me the perfect vehicle to suit my families needs was extraordinary. This is our second purchase of a Toyota with Desmond as our saleperson. Desmond remembered our names, which to us was very special! Desmond showed us several cars and explained all the features to us and answered all our questions fully. We took a couple of cars out for a test drive and Desmond was there when we got back and helped us decide which car was the best for our needs. I had a great experience at Courtesy Toyota. My sales guy, Dave Guilmette, was extremely helpful and kind too me and my husband. He was extremely knowledgable about all the makes and models that toyota has, hince he assisted me in making an informed decision regarding the type of vehicle I needed to meet my driving needs. I'm extremely satisfied with my vehilce purchase (2010 Rav 4) and plan to use this dealership (especially ask for Dave) for all my future vehicle purchases. They are great people to deal with!!
