FANTASTIC I have to say that if anyone needs a car they should go see Phil Lord he is the best Sale person ever. He sold me a 2007 Toyota Camry and with Doug Rice helping with getting me Financing and Stacey Kemp I was albe to drive my new car off the lot last night. I looked around the state and suroundign states for the best deal and 802 Toyota and Philip Lord was the best price. No smoke and mirror here Called several dealerships in the area with questions and quote requests. 802 Toyota exceeded the others on all levels and most importantly price. We spoke with Shane Sheeran about a 2014 Toyota Camry LE and the great deal he quoted us over the phone was the exact same deal we walked out of there with. None of that let's get them in here or sorry that deal is no longer available stuff you find at some other dealerships. Helpful both during and after the sale. I recently purchased a RAV-4, working with Shane Sheeran. Shane is friendly and helpful, and most notably, willing to listen to and work with a purchaser. He went the extra mile, helping me with a small issue after the sale.

My third car with 802 Toyota We came into 802 not sure whether we would be buying a corolla or another brand. We found Sam Clark's knowledge of cars and honesty a welcome change from the typical car sales pitch. We did our research, came back and told them what we were willing to pay and made the deal with very little hassle.

Finally a salesperson who is not condescending! I just recently purchased a 2014 Prius and had a very positive experience - and I'm sharing that information with my friends. Sam Wright was the sales person. He was polite, thorough, listened to what I had to say and ask, and answered all of my questions. Sam never interrupted me nor was he condescending. If you are a woman and have not had a positive experience with buying a car, I would recommend Sam Wright at 802 Toyota.
