Great salesman Philip Lord was our salesman at 802 Toyota in Berlin, Vermont. He was knowledgeable on the product, responsive to our needs and desires, paid attention to details and followed up quickly on any questions we had. He drew us to an amiable compromise in a respectful, knowledgeable manner and we are now the proud owners of a pre-owned Toyota Camry. 2016 Toyota Tacoma,Scarcer then Hen's Teeth! Hello, I started my search in Chittenden County. I was told there were none avalible. It would be 6-8 weeks till they had one and I had to commit to buying a vehicle i had never even sat in. Enter Shane at 802! He said he would look into it and found the exact model i wanted in NH. Great Sales Person, Poor Dealership I had a great experience working with Phil Lord as a salesman at 802. He was patient, fair, friendly, and accessible by phone or email. The dealership as a whole could use some work. We walked in to a woman and man sitting at the main desk with a name bar reading "Greeter" and neither one greeted any of us at any time during our 2 hours there. Great experience! Back in 2012, we came to 802 Toyota to buy our 2011 Toyota Prius. We had such a great experience that time around that we just recently came back to lease our 2015 Toyota Camry. Dan O'Connor was the salesperson who worked with us and he was GREAT!! He was so helpful and thoughtful. We had a little bit of a wait because it was a very busy day but Dan was very attentive and it made the experience so much better! Thank you Dan and 802 Toyota. We love our cars!

Very poor customer service Tried purchasing a used truck from this dealership. Was told they wouldn't hold it unless I financed through them. I drove to my credit union and was approved right away. Sent an email to them that I was approved and would return the following business day to purchase the truck. I kept the line of communication open and kept checking in. Shane is great to deal with! My wife and I have purchased 2 new vehicles and sold 3 at 802 Toyota. Shane has handled 3 out of the 5. He is great to work with and is up front and doesn't play games. He is well informed in the vehicle industry. His customer skills are great and he is will to answer any questions and if he doesn't know the answer he will get it not just make it up. Scam. Didn't change my oil at an oil change appt. Bought a new vehicle from 802 Toyota earlier this year. Brought it in for its first oil change at 5000 miles, since this is a new vehicle the oil change is free.. I had heard of this dealership being a scam type dealership when it comes to oil changes so I marked the cap on the truck to see if it moved after the service to ensure that the oil was changed.
