Used Sales Went in to purchase a used vehicle and spent 3 hours at the dealership to be told no one would finance what we were looking at. They asked for a large down payment for the banks to consider financing us. Never got to speak with the finance person and our sales guy ignored us and moved on to other clients before finishing with us. Went to another Toyota dealership for the exact same car and within two hours was approved and left with the car and a warrenty.
Too many sales gimmicks The folks behind the glass wall in the sales department work a bit too hard and creatively at trying to structure "deals" that might look given a quick glance! For instance, don't say you're offering XX,XXX for my trade-in and then finance part of that amount on the back-end and increase the cost of the new car. In what upside-down world does it make sense to say that "I'm offering you this for your car ... but oh wait, you have to pay me back for part of that"? Attentive service Our sales associate was excellent and attentive. This dealership gave us top dollar for our trade, which made our newer used car a more reasonable purchase.

Very poor service department I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and was told I needed over $1200 in work that I KNOW doesn't need to be done. Apparently 802 Toyota has been telling many people to replace the same part and when brought to an honest mechanic for a second opinion they will tell you your vehicle is just fine. Don't bring your car here unless you want to spend excessive amounts of money on parts that don't need replacing.
