I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price and had a lot of Shane Sheeran made my day! As busy as everyone was, he took the time to find us the right truck at the right price. Since it was my first truck, he gave me some tips on what I might find different when driving it. The dynamic duo of Shane and Shane made my day!

Very good buying experience Purchased 2015 Tacoma - traded in 2013 Jeep Wrangler. This was a difficult kind of trade but Phil Lord and the folks at 802 made it work. This is our 2nd purchase form 802 Toyota - both have been very good and we are more than satisfied with our Toyotas (Tacoma and 2008 4Runner) Phil Lord, Cat Arnold and Shane Clawson were all very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Easy Transition Recently turned in my 2012 leased Toyota Camry. I worked with Phil Lord and found him to be a very professional, honest salesman who listened to my needs and wants. Beat our expectations! My husband and myself went in this morning looking to lease a 2015 Tacoma. We were looking to trade in our Dodge Ram to get a smaller truck, but still keep the convenience of a pick up. We met with Phil Lord, he may seem young, but he is very knowledgable about Tacoma's and what they offer. He was very polite and down to earth. No pressure sale. Great first time experience We had Eric Lane as our primary dealer and he was very helpful. Took time to show us everything about the Rav4 and to go through all the paperwork with us. He helped us get the car we wanted at the lease price we wanted. Over all a great experience.
