I had a great experience When I walked into the showroom I was greeted by smiling faces. Phil lord helped me find the car I wanted. He made sure that I was happy with everything. Everyone around who works at 802 Toyota greeted me with a smiling face and made me feel right at home!

Two Shanes and a Cat When Shane #1 greeted me on the sales floor, the first thing he said to me was "Excuse me sir, didn't you have pants on when you came in here?" We'll have to apologize to him for not believing. Cat (the person) also mentioned that she was shocked when you turned down her first color suggestion of “Bruised Banana Yellow” for the Highlander. Fantastic buying experience! I recently leased a 2014 Camry from 802 and worked with Sam Clark. He was a real pleasure to work with and was so prompt in response to my many questions. One of the real tests on satsfaction is whether you return to a delership. I will definitely return to this dealership for both service and future leases/purchases. Outstanding Service In our search for a newer vehicle Shane Sheeran helped us in every step of the way. He was very patient in having us try multiple cars before deciding on the one we wanted. Highly recommend Kip Vorce in sales! I just began my Scion xb 2014 lease at 802toyota. I went there to only look at possible cars to lease back in maine at home, but I happened to lease it while I was there! Kade "Kip" Vorce was not pushy at all and was extremely friendly and helpful. I was happy to do business with a salesman like him and didnt want to go elsewhere!

802 Toyota is lucky to have Shane Sheeran I was lucky enough to work with Shane Sheeran for over a month and a half on purchasing a new car from 802 Toyota.
