Good choice of car and great salesman, Phillip, at 802Toyota I recently traded my Honda to buy my first Toyota and have been very satisfied from purchase to present. Used car experience We needed a car quick. Phillip was willing to stay late to help us leave with a car that night. This is the 3rd used van I have purchased from 802, I have been happy with them all. Phillip had great communication before, during and after the sale. He understood our needs and made it happen. We had our 3rd child 9 hours after leaving the dealership with our new van!

Best car purchasing experience to-date I went to 802 Toyota with 2 cars in mind. We test drove both and my decision was weighed down with the pros and cons of each car. Dave thought outside of the box and suggested a vehicle that I hadn't considered and wasn't familiar with. His patience and persistence in helping me decide was excellent. No pressure, just a fun and happy experience!

Above and beyond, I just want to say that I'm completely satisfied with the customer service at 802 Toyota. I always feel welcome and taking care of when I go there. Extremely Happy Customer Shane listened to exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle lease. My husband and I are new to leasing and driving a new model vehicle. We traded in our 2003 Audi. The new technology in the vehicle is a lot to learn and Shane went over all the important details, as well as safety details and leasing vs buying. I have never had such a great experience at a car dealership. Drove in the old car, drove home the new 2017 Rav 4 within 4 hours. Call Shane at 802, you'll be happy to work with him!

Great customer Service Dave Fields, my sales person at 802 Toyota, went way over and above the level of customer service one would expect. He arranged to have the tow hitch removed from the RAV4 I turned in, my snow tires changed over, so I could keep them for my new RAV4 and removed my kayak racks and crossbars while I was doing the paperwork for my new lease.
