Very happy I contacted 802 Toyota via email. Sarah Weston got back to me immediately and set me up with Justin as my sales person. We set up an appointment, Justin met us when we arrived, he was very polite and respectful. We looked at several trucks and test drove a couple. Keeps us coming back We leased our first Toyota with 802, and the ease of the experience, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to negotiate and work with us were the reasons we came back to lease again. Emergency car purchase Phillip Heinz was called in to help me out when I discovered that my current car just wouldn't work for me any longer as the repair costs were getting out of my budget. Excellent efficient service I went in on Saturday 5/27/17 to trade in my 2010 rav 4 for a 2017 rav 4 hybrid. Phillip met all my needs in the short time I had in my schedule. Very knowledgeable of the computer system I the rav 4 . Would go back to him at that dealership for sure. Thank You

Very Pleased with my Purchase I was pleased with Ronaldo as he explained everything to me very precisely. I wasn't sure I was going to trade my 2009 Toyota Matrix. But glad I did, the 2012 Rav4 seems so much bigger and my grandkids are not bumping their elbows. I am very happy that I purchased this vehicle. Unexpected Excellent Sale I came in on Memorial Day not expecting to walk away with a car- let alone a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla.
