Transaction was free of the salesman shtick. Justin Messier asked what we wanted and then proceeded to deliver. I liked the questions about how often we did service, where, and how much we drive. This was so when signing paper work they are able to entice you to purchase the extended warranty. This is where they make their money and I did not feel at all pressured to buy it. They had done a very nice job of walking you through the different options. Love my upgrade from 2005 to 2010 4Runner. Amy

Finally loved car shopping! I was in the market for a car but was dreading the process. Phillip Heinz made the whole process very enjoyable! The very first car salesperson that actually listened to me ad treated me like a person! He made some great points and I changed the model but not the type of vehicle and I couldn't be happier! I smile every time I get into my RAV4.

Very pleased with with purchase I recently bought a 2012 mazda3, very nice car well taken care of, great mpg, has all the option i like in it. Rolando was very helpful with showing vehicles i might like and what they have in them. Answered all my questions, easy to talk to, great personality gave me good options to decide from to fit my budget. The whole team is very friendly, hats off to 802 toyota for great customer service

Highly recommend working with Phillip I stopped by to begin looking at cars, thinking it was going to take weeks of driving around and talking to many salespeople. Phillip was the first person I spoke with. I knew basically what I was looking for, but Phillip pointed out some things that made me do further research and explore a little further. 2009 Toyota Tacoma I purchased a 2009 Toyota Tacoma. Rolando was very helpful, answered any question he could and took the time to get me an answer if he could not. I had a small problem with the truck a few days after purchase, Rolando and Courtney (Customer Relations) addressed and resolved the problem almost immediately. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Rolando and 802.

Kudos team Shane Sheeran was honest about the car as well as the price, and he worked with me to get the best deal possible. Brandy Zuraw was great during the test drive as well, she explained some of the new features of the rav4 (it also helps that she's a fellow nerd 😄). Kudos to you guys, keep it up!

Very happy I contacted 802 Toyota via email. Sarah Weston got back to me immediately and set me up with Justin as my sales person. We set up an appointment, Justin met us when we arrived, he was very polite and respectful. We looked at several trucks and test drove a couple.
