Excellent customer service! Karen was great getting right back to me with information about my vehicle of interest and to set up a consultation. She also helped getting the buying process started while Chris was out the following day. Chris was very friendly the second I walked in the door and set me up with my test drive. He then went out of his way on his day off to reach me and worked to get the lease payment near my goal. Best Deal and Service I Could Have Found! I give 802 Toyota, Joe Gaines, and Shane Wright 5 stars! You can't beat the deal and they (Joe) is willing to work with you even after the deal! Phillip Heinz The past 3 years I have been leasing a Toyota Corolla. This was my first lease experience. It was time for me to turn in my lease and possibly start a new one. Two thumbs up! 802 Toyota is THE place to go for a new car. People are very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Buying a new car was not going to be easy for me, but Justin made it seem like a walk in the park! He was very understanding, no pressure, he just wanted to make sure that at the end of the day I was the one that went home happy and satisfied. Absolutely the best!!! I had zero idea what kind of car i wanted, all I knew was that I wanted a used car and how much I wanted to spend, phillip helped me find me a Toyota Corolla with a monthly price I could more than afford. He went out of his way to find me this car and give me amazing service. I never once felt pressured into my decision. Best car buying experience!! We have always used one car dealer when purchasing our vehicles. When the dealer we were using seemed to have forgotten us when our lease was coming to an end we had to look elsewhere. Someone at work had mentioned 802 Toyota. I went home looked them up and sent an E-Mail. The next day I got a response and the ball got going. Chris had gotten a hold of me with some pricing on a 17 Camry and a 17 Rav 4. Great Parts Dept. Amazing service from the parts department. Especially Tim. He was able to find a part for me that Heritage Toyota couldn't find and wouldn't be creative in their approach. Their computer couldn't find it with the VIN, so they threw their hands in the air. Not 802 Toyota, highly recommend them!!!
