Found our Sales Consultant My wife and I recently bought a certified pre owned corrola from 802 Toyota. We reached out to them via email after browsing their inventory online. Easy & Businesslike I went to the dealership knowing the vehicle I wanted to lease (2017 Sienna) for a business. Shane Sheeran was great to deal with: he walked me through all the right questions and options, one by one. Professional easy experience I went in with an idea of what I wanted but unsure I'd be able to get it. Phillip did not dance around and make empty promises, he worked with me on my price range and I left with a new Tacoma. I am weary of car salesman Phillip made my experience fun and easy and didn't pressure me into anything

No pressure salesman We stopped by with the plan to just look at options because our Ford lease was coming due. Phil came our and greated us asked a few questions about what we looking for. After a test drive in a Rav4 we realized it was going to be to small. Philip then showed us a Highlander. There was never any pressure to buy which was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service! Karen was great getting right back to me with information about my vehicle of interest and to set up a consultation. She also helped getting the buying process started while Chris was out the following day. Chris was very friendly the second I walked in the door and set me up with my test drive. He then went out of his way on his day off to reach me and worked to get the lease payment near my goal.
