Great experience with Shane Sheeran at 802Toyota Shane is a great example of a no-pressure salesperson. Instead, he provides the customer with useful information and answers questions thoroughly and patiently. He was helpful every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Sienna. We recommend him enthusiastically.

Easy, professional, and efficient. The price negotiations for my new 2018 Tundra Crew Max Limited were conducted via email. Phillip Heinz was the 802 employee I dealt with.... He was incredibly patient, responsive and worked extremely hard to get me the deal I felt was fair. He was very polite and respectful during the entire process. No pressure. This is the second vehicle I have purchased there and I live 2 1/2 hours away; there is a Toyota dealership in the town where I live but I prefer 802 Toyota!

The weather was cold, the service was not It was really, really cold and unfriendly outside on the day we chose to come in and negotiate a new leased car. Shane was unstintingly giving of his time, attention, and expertise. He stayed until after 7pm to be there when the paperwork was signed and sealed. He made the process interesting and as efficient as possible.

Joe is a down to earth individual and he listens. I walked into the dealership having to purchase a new vehicle without an appointment. I had the RAV4 in mind. Excellent experience at 802Toyota Recently purchased a new 2017 Prius Prime after my old Prius was done in by a deer. This was a fantastic experience all around from presale response to some questions regarding pricing on inventory displayed on the web site todriving off the lot. They even let me leave my truck on the lot over the weekend so I could drive my new car home. Sales was great (Dan), really knew the product and made me feel at home during the process. I’ll go back again when it’s time to replace the next car
