Amazing! I walked in right after work with my mom to look at my options for getting into a new vehicle. Phillip met us outside, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional the whole time we were there. He asked what I was looking for and made it all work out, never once trying to pressure me into another vehicle. Awesome experience with 802 Toyota Berlin This is our second lease and this time was such a great experience. They go above and beyond to tell you everything up front, so there are no surprises. Philip asked questions that I hadn't even considered, making sure we were purchasing to fit our needs. Also, a great experience every time you go back for service. Love this place! From the minute I met Phillip Heinz we were laughing. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells, and there was no pressure from him to buy. He walked me through the intricacies of my new ride and helped me overcome my blonde moments without laughing too hard! Everyone I have dealt with at 802 Toyota has been very helpful and friendly. Really easy to get an idea what you're buying I met Phillip to get my first car. Being an international student, I had limited options for financing. But Phillip was very patient to understand my situation and recommended the best course of action to get the car I wanted. I was able to drive the brand new Toyota Corolla Sports Edition after a very little wait to get the financing approved. I highly recommend Phillip Heinz.
