My first Toyota I leased a Toyota Rav 4 hybrid last summer, with Phillip Heinz's help and support. He made the process easy, answered all questions, helped me work through whether to purchase or lease. I had actually started out looking to buy a new Subaru, but the lease and the hybrid options looked better after some investigation. He even synched my phone with the car, much appreciated! Phil continues to check in periodically to make sure all is going well.

The planets were aligned I was not in the market for a car, but fate placed me there when my former ride failed me. Shane Sheeran was very helpful with my test drive, trade-in and purchase of a 4Runner and Corey Morine was very helpful with pointing out features of the car and the manual before I left the dealership. An excellent Team! They even retrieved CD's for me that I had mistakenly left in my trade-in!

Nice atmosphere This was my first experience with 802, and I am very satisfied. I didn't feel pressured, I felt like my needs were heard and respected, and each staff member was friendly and personable to talk with. I really love Toyota's, so I am glad I finally found a Toyota dealership that I can feel good working with!!

My New RAV4 Phillip was very thoughtful and listened to everything I wanted when shopping for my RAV4. He got me very close to the price that I required and never pressured me, which doesn't happen often when shopping for a car. Positive, Friendly Experience I recently purchased a 2017 Prius from 802Toyota. Although, I had planned on buying a used Prius, the salespeople at the dealer offered me such a good deal that I was able to purchase a new vehicle. Both Rolando and Cat were extremely helpful and friendly, and worked hard to get me the car I wanted within my budget. I drove away with a brand new Prius! Thank you both.

Great experience Straightforward, no pressure, all in all better than pleasant experience. I am a loyal Toyota customer... tried another dealership and was blown away at the difference. The other place was push and trying to "seal the deal" so often. At Toyota, people make decisions based on the excellent vehicles, deals and experience.
