There is old cheap carpeting in my home... I wasn't sure they could make much of a difference but gave them a shot. Jamal came to my home, he was very polite, professional, and did a great job. I'm very satisfied with the results, he was able to get out several stains I thought were there forever. My house smells very fresh. Now my old cheap carpeting looks like, NEW cheap carpeting! :) Thanks so much Jamal and Zerorez!

I'm very happy that I chose zero Rez to clean my upstairs carpets. They look and smell so clean! The technician, Mike, was awesome. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job. I will definitely use Zero Rez again!
Will never use again. Called Saturday for an appointment. They could not give me a time frame if when they would be at our home. So I had to reserve the whole day for this project. On Monday they called and gave us a time frame. I requested that on the day of the cleaning that they call our home number as I was working on that day. On the day of the cleaning they called me twice at work when I had just told them to call the house since my husband was home waiting on them. Everything has been great. Did scheduling on a Saturday and got a call first thing Monday. They were very polite and even accepted my coupon that came in the mail 2 days before they came. I got my call ahead messages that were very helpful. Tevin was great and very informative. I will definitely request him again? My carpets look amazing! He was able to get spots out that I never thought would come up.
