I am very pleased with the service , I just wish they would have moved some furniture ! Maybe the couch and a small desk .

Eric was amazing! I had always just settled with my carpet knowing that there were always going to be high traffic areas that looked different than the rest, but once Zerorez went through the house and pretreated and cleaned the most annoying parts of my living room, the carpet looks brand new! There's a fresh scent throughout my home and Eric was able to show me all the disgusting dirt that he lifted up within 10 minutes of him being there! Thomas Bunnel did a great job. Carpet looks great now, will just have to wait and see how long it lasts. Paid extra for the protection hope it works. Would use again if it lasts.
